March 28

Enjoy today's blessing and declaration. Remember that the best way to benefit from this discipline is to verbally speak them over yourself!

Bless

_________, I bless your spirit in the name of Jesus of Nazareth. I bless your heart to rest in the fullness of His sacrifice. I bless your mind to embrace his divine nature. I bless your praise to come from deep within and I bless your worship to be deep and true.

________, I bless you to feel so secure in Jesus' love that you allow yourself to be seen. I bless the removal of masks and the removal of false identities. I bless you to be fully alive and fully revealed.

Declare

I declare that my world will function from the finished work of the cross. I declare that every aspect of my life will encounter the resurrection power of Jesus. May my ideas, dreams, and calling have the transformational breathe of life that only heaven brings.

I declare that I will function from heaven's authority and my new identity. I declare that the world will see and receive the real me as I offer my redeemed identity to the world.

March 26

I am going to try and start having two declarations a week. Check back on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

The way I practice this discipline is to verbally (out loud), bless my personhood. Fill in the blank with your name, and declare it over yourself. This helps me build myself up in the Lord.

Then I declare into my world. This helps me bring what surrounds me into alignment with what Jesus is doing.

Please join in and be encouraged.

Bless

_______, I speak to your spirit in the name of Jesus. I bless you to rest in the Father's provision. May your soul find peace in what He is doing for you. I bless you to recognize His love towards you and to recognize His hand moving for you. I bless your soul to find the peace and joy of the Holy Spirit, and to rest in the provision of friendship with Jesus.

_____ I bless you to know and experience the Father's goodness, Jesus's love, and the Spirit's counsel. I bless you to get lost in the wonder of who He is to you.

Declare

I declare that the provision of the Lord will find it's way to me. Nothing can hold it back, and nothing can delay it. The Lord says I have everything I need for life and godliness. May every provision I am needing for life come forth. Every provision I need for godliness come forth. Thank you Jesus that you provide for all of my needs according to your riches and glory.

Dependency

What does it mean to actually live a life that is free?

I have been following Jesus seriously for 12 1/2 years, and as many encounters as I have had, and as much freedom as I have found, I have realized that the hope and promises of the Bible many times seem close enough to touch, but not actualized.

In the past couple of weeks, I feel that the Lord has brought me to a new place of dependency. I place where he is showing me why his goodness has only been tasted, not consumed. My journey over the past few years has had me dig at the roots of my actions and beliefs. It has been enlightening, and even helpful. But the revelation of dependency wasn't a part of the equation. Oh, sure, I've heard the cliche's and even spoken them about being dependent on the Lord. But somehow, I would confess, find a solution, and then use it to try to administer my freedom.

The beauty of this life with Christ is that we don't have to clean ourselves up. When we recognize something that needs to change, all we have to do is confess our weakness, and He really does come.

I am engaging on a different kind of walk with Him. It feels raw, and even familiar. As if I have touched this place many times before. But for some reason, setting up my habitation here hasn't happened.

But....now. I. Have.
